| Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for your service. New clients are asked to complete a Questionnaire form prior to receiving a service at Celebrity Body Wraps. To ensure that our staff stays on schedule and provides the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time. We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time. |
| Service Contraindications: There are contraindications for some treatments that include, but not limited to, pregnancy, infectious skin disease, recent surgery, high blood pressure, excessive or daily medication, epilepsy and asthma. If you have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the reservations desk when making your appointment and your physician. |
| Cancellation and "No Show" Policy: A 24 hour notice must be provided for cancellations. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the billing of your credit card on file for $60. |
| Late Arrivals: In order for us to provide the best customer service experience to all of our clients, all appointments will still finish at their scheduled time. Should a client arrive 15 minutes after the start of their appointment, this will be considered a “no show” and will incur the cancellation fee. |
| Right of Refusal: Celebrity Body Wraps reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language. |
| Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates at Celebrity Body Wraps may be purchased for any of our products or services for any dollar amount. Gift Certificates must be redeemed at the location it was purchased from and are non-transferable (except to purchaser). Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. |
| The Body Wrap™ Guarantee: We guarantee that you will appear to lose 6 to 20 inches after your FIRST wrap... or your next SlenderTone wrap is FREE. The process takes approximately one hour, and will visually slenderize and contour your body. The results should last, but may vary according to body composition, size and other factors, such as, maintaining body weight and scheduling maintenance wraps on a regular basis to optimize results. Celebrity Body Wraps reserves the right to waive the guarantee under special circumstances prior to receiving services. |
| Measurements: Measurements for The Body Wrap™ are taken at your first appointment and at the end of each package. For repeat clients who do not purchase packages, they are taken approximately every 5th appointment. |
| Tips: Leaving gratuity for work well done seems to be the norm, but of course, it is optional. Most tips for services provided range from 10-20% of the cost. |

Preparing For Your Wrap: On the day of your wraps, please keep your skin FREE from oils and lotion. Women can be wraped in cotton bra and underwear. Men can be wraped in swim trucks. Please bring a extra set of underclothes with you. Clients will not be wraped without proper undergarments.
